Epoxy

This resin technology has been an industry standard in seamless flooring for decades. It’s widely known and broadly utilized for protecting and strengthening concrete surfaces. Epoxy primers are still most often used for their excellent wetting, penetration, and adhesion to concrete substrates. Epoxy hybrids like our 100% solids Moisture◊BLOK (MB) also serve well as a topside barrier in mitigating moisture vapor transmission, and in protecting the investment of the finished flooring system installed over it.

Polyurethane

Our ProRez ProThane high performance UV stable top coat is available in both Gloss and Satin finishes. It is versatile and well-balanced in standard (S), fast (F) and high humidity (HH) cure options. Our three low-odor, ultra-high solids, ProThane resins utilize the same hardener with cure times ranging from 4 to 12+ hours, and working time upwards of 60 minutes. We understand that having a low-odor, fast recoat product is essential for installers who are looking for a true “one day” garage system that does not compromise speed over bond to the concrete. BioThane is a leading edge “green” product that unlike polyurea products, combines low odor, tenacious bond strength to concrete with tolerance to higher concrete moisture levels and fast cure and turnaround even at low temperatures. Our ProREZ ProMender HF (Hard & Fast) is a rapid set, high-strength, low viscosity polyurethane concrete repair material, designed to repair damaged joints, cracks, spalls and other concrete surface defects. ProMender HF is 100% solids and VOC free.

Polyaspartic

Our ProREZ ProSpartic is a low odor, high-solids, clear, aliphatic polyaspartic designed as a mid, grout/top, and finish coat for both industrial and decorative finishes. It offers good balance in both working and cure times, with our F-Resin providing a 3-4 hour cure for 1 or 2 day “Fast Track” projects. While our S-Resin provides some 25 minutes working time with a 6-8 hour cure.

Cementitious Urethane

ProKrete cementitious urethane (CU) products have been researched and developed for nearly three decades of hands on experience with both installer and end-user. This ProREZ CU product line offers better flow, leveling, longer working time, and quicker return to service when compared to other urethane cement systems in today’s market. Cementitious urethane has been time-tested to outperform the traditional epoxy mortar system. It combines the strength of concrete, urethane, and urea for the most durable, versatile, reliable, and self-priming functional flooring system in its class.

Methyl Methacrylate

Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) is a versatile, 100% solids, quick setting (~1 hour) material designed for a wide range of indoor and outdoor applications in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings. These reactive resins will cure in cold temperatures as low as -20º F. They are UV stable and thermal resistant. Whether industrial or decorative, MMA is built to last and easy to recoat.
